.... connected to a pc and den tryin to transfer some files(hotspot hacking program) to d pc and all of it went off

So now its no longer coming up. What u shud do is try n run full flash but befor that . Format and flash with so flash tool or simply give it to engineers around u

Hi guys pls I need help..
for some days now when ever I want to use any of my browsers (opera, chrome) I get a pop up message that am (quoting my fone ip address) a lucky winner of iPhone x from Google i.e afta answering 3 questions abt google..am now asked to complete a form with my details den asked to pay $1 for shipment.
I don't know if its a scam or a ploy to get my credit card details

All other notification sounds are working fine.
When I try to select a ringtone I get a report saying "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped"
Please what do I do to get my ringtone sound working again.
