Many thanks to the FGN and entire management of NPower for keeping to their words......The code isn't working for we the Airtel subscribers and I couldn't get the OTP after clicking on the next step severally. Kindly do something for us pls. .

Dear npower....after putting the OTP I keep getting error... and sometimes I get no token generated or token has expired.

Are you sure this is the phone number you used during the application process.

Do not panic, sir. This is happening because a large number of people are trying to access the portal at the same time.

This thing looks funny, I applied for N-Agro, now on my profile, I see Npower ID= NTEACH-2017-- blah blah and program still shows N-Agro.
1. Plz how can I choose N-Agro and have NTEACH as my ID?
2. What's wrong with the "selected device" section?

i thought the site might function properly during that period.

I'm in Nasarawa State, Karu Local Government precisely. My device is showing delivered and the Location is Ijebu Ode. My batch is 2017....

I did mine around 4am..infact..it went through asap..but there is an update on npower page this morning, it seems they av cancelled the otp of a thing..they wrote on their page that those having issues eith otp should log on

You got that feedback because the phone number you used at the time you volunteered for Npower is different from the number you used in dialing the code.

Never mind as that will be corrected...unlike the 2016 beneficiaries having issues with their device, an adjustment has been made to ensure quick delivery of device..

please kindly resolve this otp issue.
The first time I dialled that code I got a token number which kept failing each time I try to validate it. Now this morning I got an email giving me another token, I have tried it and validation still keep failing.
I strongly hope this wouldn't bring about any setback? and what should I do?

I too have tried the short code for generating OTP but NY glo line keeps saying "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" and this is the same number I have been using throughout this npower program last year. Please what is the way out or is there a challenge on our account? Please I will like to know what went wrong and the way out.....please reply.

Valid ID card E.g National ID card, Voters card, Drivers license, etc.

Do you see any option where you can change from email to phone number. If yes kindly change it or try using chrome or another device.

Npowerng please my profile is not showing my information....all I see are backend codes. Please why is it so

Two persons made complains which are peculiar to me and no response was given
1. My uploaded passport did not show on my Profile, is that a problem?
2. On Payment Status i saw Payroll_exempt. Please what does that mean?
3. My profile is showing that my device has been collected and it is showing an address in Ijebu-Ode. I stay in Aba, Abia State and i have never been to Ijebu Ode.

Please how do i resolve this

Seems most people using Glo sims to get their OTP are having similar error messages. That's the same thing I am passing through. Please can this be resolved
