Hello,

On Saturday, i discovered that my infinix hote note X551 lags and the keyboard(Touchpad) disappears while typing.

In a nutshell, the system is quite slow. For instance, if i open whatsapp it takes like 3mins before booting , at times it could hang. I would then have to restart.

I also noticed the battery drains extremely fast. It could go from 20% to 14% straight up..and then 1% all within 2mins.

Please i need an urgent help on what to do. Its really frustrating.

please help .

ever since I bought this phone, I've not enjoy a speedy Internet browing. I've done everything I could but to no avail. I've restored factory settings, gone through the network settings, taken the phone to the technicians all to no avail.
the worst part is that I can't switch to 3G or 4g. I only see these" wcdma/lte/gsm" whenever I want to change the Internet settings. please someone should help as I'm not enjoying the phone cos of the slow browsing.

i plugged my samsung galaxy s3, & after 2hrs, it showed ' charging paused, temperature too high' then the screen went blank. the phone was hot. then i removed d ba3, waited a bit for d phone to cool, then put it back, i put the phone on & d ba3 had dropped from 53% to 14%, and the phone became hot again. i removed it again, waited 4 d fone to cool, & put it back, put the fone on, this time d ba3 was at 5%. d fone became hot again, then dropped to 0% and went off. i left it 4 8hrs. then i plugged it again, it will just show me a yellow triangle & a thermometer and wil go off. i then charged d ba3 with desktop for 2hrs. i put it, put the phone on, it showed me 2% then dropped to 1, then 0, then went off. the thing is anytime i put the ba3 in the phone, it will become hot. even if i dont put d phone on. if i remove it , the phone will gradually cool. i iave changed d ba3, yet no change. d new ba3 i put was at 82% when i put it on. d fone was hot. i put it off, on again after 2hr it was 2%. help.

Hello guys.. My Samsung s6 just suddenly went blank. Only the hot keys and notification light could be visible. I tried all button with power, home and volume button but nothing seems to happen. I took it to an engineer and he said its the screen. Just like that?? I'm really sad now and I need help. Please who has a Samsung s6 part that can sell the screen for me. I am within a budget. Connect ur laptop to internet and try again using the firmware u downloaded and make sure u downloaded d right firmware
