Don't mind the ignoramus.. There's nothing he mentioned that hasn't happened under every single administration including the current one. It's just a different set of players and beneficiaries everytime.

People are still buying properties home and abroad as we speak. People are still wasting big money on a few lucky hoes. Corruption is still as prevalent as it ever was, of not more now.

The only difference is that we have a hypocritical party and government in power, who prefer to corner everything to themselves and watch others starve to death...theres no longer a redistribution of wealth like before. That's why the economy has been comatose since this he goat called Buhari was sworn in.

Any proof? at least we heard about this one and many others when the former regime was in power. It wasn't like sitting down and be making baseless assumptions. Or are you among those saying that they are hiding it? then I will tell you that PDP has their spies everywhere and will not waste time to shout to the hearing of everybody at any slightest abnormal behavior of the present government.

During the GEJ era, I happen to visit Abuja a dozen times to get part of my money and getting a hotel room in Abuja was insane. From Transcorp to any three stars hotels, everywhere is reserved for VIP. Sirens will be heard everywhere and there was so much stolen money in circulation. Abuja became the circus where money is been tossed around mindlessly. To be candid I hate Buhari because he has stopped that flow of money, and he's pursued all my rich politician clients to I supply for out of the country but the truth that I know deep down is if GEJ had won a 2nd term, most Nigerians will be queuing for bread and beans on the road by now as there was this insane looting. Imagine a former level five project manager in the NDCC buying two houses in Banana Island!!! Imagine a Freshly recruited Navy personally buying a whole building in Gwarimpa and boasting that the oil bunkering militants have made him very rich!!! Imagine a prostitute I used to patronize in Lagos for 5k per night landing in Abuja and getting $1000 for a bj inside an Alhajis keep. I swear no nation can ever continue the way it was under GEJ without been ruined. I just wish this Buhari monkey could fix security. Other than that, he's far better than that mad and crazy fool called Jonathan. Mind you, I became rich under GEJ and currently struggling.

I strongly believe that if PMB decides to prosecute the perpetrators, they would be members of the ousted PDP.
And I know for a fact that people would shout and say he is being partial. I know very well how people said he should leave corruption and face economy. As if the economy can survive in rampant corruption.
IPPIS alone has saved this country billions. Why do you think a govt that is contesting would leave an almost complete project like Abuja Kaduna rail uncompleted. Simply because of the extraordinary looting. What would it have cost to finish it?. The same govt that failed to install cCTV in Abuja (for their own protection oo) despite having released funds for it?

I'm yet to meet anyone who is using this stove, but I have met many people who are on N-power etc.
PMB is not the best, but he's far better than his predecessor

AND BUHARI'S SUCCESSOR WILL BE FAR BETTER THAN HIM. THANK GOD GEJ IS NOT CONTESTING. LET US SEE WHETHER IT IS GEJ BLAME BUHARI WILL USE TO CAMPAIGN

This stove was one of the reasons I sadly voted for Buhari and till date no one has been jailed for this stove scam
how do you expect anyone to be jailed when we have a wack constitution. Imagine some person alleged for one or two crimes then d next thibg that comes up is they are having one disease or d other that require international medication. I tell you this for free. This federal government can only fight this corruption to some extents else their allegation wont fertile any tangible thing. My own view on this is just that dis government is trying to get at least 20-30% out of our stolen treasury because if we have a good and straight constitution by now d likes of Obasanjo, gbenga daniel, goodluck and Obanikoro and some other looters should be in jail but what evidence can you use when you prosecute them and on their appearing to court they are coming with 1million sans. JUGDES head sef go scatter if he/she could last for an hour in d court room.

till when an opposition party takes over again, then i can relate to who stole more, any government in power would want to dent the image of the previous administration. the same peeps that killed the country since 1999- 2015 are still in the corridor of power. politicians with no ideology cross carpeting to anywhere their interest will be met.

You don't necessarily need atomic bombs to destroy a nation. Politicians who value their pockets than the life of citizens always do that every day.

He took the nation to recession with his Buharinomics and body odour. He was handed the fastest growing economy in Africa and third in the world.
Looting did not start with Jonathan, even from the military era till date, looting is on going, it should not be an excuse for poor performance, as previous administrations performed even as massive lootings were ongoing.
He was very much aware of the decayed nature of the entire system and security architecture and he came and said he's competent enough to do the work, don't forget that he has contested and lost for sometimes so his assumed to have understood his job properly, then he was elected to do this job he has been fighting for all along and all he could deliver is blame?
I agree with what you said. He is there to correct things. Thats what he promised Nigerians. We are all aware of the looting before he came into power, we said we needed a change. But unfortunately we are still hearing the same old story in 2018. What a pathetic.

Believe you me Buhari has nothing to offer. This will continued until his tenure expired. Now do hear him saying the opposition has more resources to will the election than him? Can you imaging what an incumbent president saying on a national news papers

How educated is buhari to handle a nation for 7months b4 appointing ministerz, do u think the nation is a council ward? The economic team brought up an ideal he bounced back, after 2015, was it nt just last 3months he set up that economic team to work with him when he knew nothing was going to be possible? Which president on earth has no economy advisor? The one the appointed for him is working in the office of the vice president, is the office of the president same with the vice? Bros let me tell u, a nation can be said to be poor when it resources are cmpletely utilized, have we discovered all our resources in nigeria? Buhari nd his team entirely has no idea on how an economy is been run. Fighting corruption, wil he end it? Failed govt

Its littered everywhere. How he handled niger delta cris dipped ur into recession we are only out of the woods cos of good oil prices now.

His demarketing the country internationally by his comments has only driven wud be investors. Nigeria is no longer attractive.

The private sector is weak due to these policies.

No functioning and effective cabinet. Nothing innovative has been done to turn arrnd economy or even show hope of a positive economic growth cos we don't know wat he will do next. Very unpredictable and unwise policies.

Im sure ur in the country so u can see things for urself. People are leaving the country becos of economic hardship generally and no real glimpse of hope.

He has ONLY reduced Corruption bt that's not good enough for a country in our present crucial state.

I'm in Abuja, and I know the town and how it works. These despicable abokki boys aligned with Buhari are running the show bigger than ever before. Throwing forex all over the place. The forex round tripping deals are still going on, inflated contracts are still being awarded daily, mammoth bribes are still exchanging hands (including multi-million bribes to book appointment or seek favours from your dullard bastard Buhari), oil is still being lifted, imported, and sold illegally. Nothing is new, and there's no secret about this. Just a different set of players.

Like I mentioned earlier it's just a more vicious, greedy, selfish and tight circle who don't want it to flow around.

The said contract was not budgeted in the ministry of environment appropriation , rather it was approved by national executive council. 15% of 9.2b was released to the contractor (1.3b)to execute the contract which he did. the remaining part I believed was used for election. After election and swearing in of Buhari, the head of the unit in charge of the contract was invited by both ICPC and EFCC. She cleared herself. that is why I am saying they used the other 75% for electioneering. because of the peace fact sign by Buhari and Goodluck, Bihari's hand are tied. I know A-Z of this scam though it is a wonderful initiative meant to benefit the Rural Women. Bad belle within the ministry has hindered the distribution of the stoves to Rural women.

Thanks, i also know the initiative was not the best then, but it would have benefitted the rural women. 20 million stoves for 9.2 billion put it at 450 per stove, so there is no inflation here, most nigerian youths are too lazy to do research and communicate objectively, they just keep typing half truths discussed in beer parlours.

Like the dasuki gate scam that has lead to Jonathan's arrest. Please tell us something else, this govt is pure scam. If they are not ready to prosecute those involved they should share the stoves to the less privileged.

seunmsg:

The scam was perpetrated in 2014 when preparations were already in top gear for the election. It is save to assume that the funds for the contract was diverted to fund Jonathan's campaign. If Buhari goes after those that perpetrated the scam, it will lead to the arrest and prosecution of PDP members and Jonathan himself. Thereafter, hero worshipers like you will start shouting witch hunt and persecution of opposition members.

You know nothing about how an economy runs. Don't allow yourself to drown in the murky sea of ignorance and buffoonery. What is the cost of food stuff now and how much was it under Jonathan?

If Jonathan had been reelected, Nigeria's level of economic prosperity would have been unprecedented, in spite of declining oil prices. Jonathan had a crack team of sound policy makers and enforcers, and with their brilliant guidance, there's no doubt that the policy disasters witnessed under this animal from Daura wouldn't have been the case.

Productivity and local/foreign investment would have quadrupled. Jobs would have been created in the millions, and inflation levels would have remained under check (single digits) like it was throughout the 5 years Jonathan was in power.

Make no mistake about it. Nigerians would have been much better off if Jonathan had been allowed to continue. But then, thank God that Buhari came on board. It serves Nigerians right, since they're mostly a clueless and insatiable bunch who don't know what's good for them.
