1) My cgpa is 3.54/5.00 converted to a german grade according to uni assist is 2.09
2) Electrical and electronics engineering
3) To be honest, i cant really count the number of courses i applied to..i applied to communication engineering at TUM, Kassel, Tu ilmenau..applied to information engineering at HS rhein waal, applied to communication systems and networks at technical university of cologne. So many of them my brother.
4) aunthenticated transcripts, certificate, reference letters(not all requires reference letters), english lang proficiency letter, SOP, etc
A lot of people seem to think your rejections are as a result of you using an English proficiency letter rather than using a proficiency test. Personally I don't think that is true because a lot of people here have gotten several admission letters without even taking either TOEFL or IELTS, myself inclusive. Someone even said he got admission to one of the schools that denied you admission with a proficiency letter and not a proficiency test. So I think you should examine the whole of your materials again to be sure there is something you are not doing wrong. I'll advise you critically examine your motivation letter and be certain it can win you a Grammy. Again, who are those you use as referees? Are they professors/doctors or younger lecturers? You should look for the former if you have been using the latter. I want to ask again what the content of the proficiency letter you area using looks like and which body issued it. These are some of the things you should really look at. You have a good CGPA and drive and that is enough to give you admissions which is why you must examine all of your credentials.
Always use your IELTS for subsequent applications to give you an edge but I must tell, if something is bad from your other credentials then not IELTS will save you. We are constantly competing for space with the best brains from naija and the world in general and so schools will look out for the best candidates that's why you must make sure you are getting it right. I hope I made sense sha

Fake news? How many of you attended a program that was conducted by Goethe-Institut Lagos on the 5th of June 2018?
This que was asked by one of the guest that came from German embassy to honour the occasion and he said by July 15 the visa application wld be closing. I don't know if any further extension can later come up though.

Don't mind the doubters, I believe you.

Because going by the Lagos trend of getting appointment date 2 months plus after application, by July 15th, Only dates close to ending of September/ Start of October would be feasible.

I don't think it matters. Besides you don't need to specify your whole address to book. They are OK with your city alone. There's a reason it's place of residence and not residential address. One love!

Oga stop doubting. Only those with enrolment deadline in November/December would be given an exception by July 15th.
Cos they'll consider the time for visa processing and your enrolment deadline.

Its really unthinkable that you have 6 rejections with these Cgpa even when people with far lesser cgpa are nipping it. You have a good grade to get admitted into most Msc studies but the honest truth why you´ve been denied admission is because of language proficiency letter.

Most of the schools you listed up there requires IELTS. These schools instructs Uni-assist to process duly completed applications with all the required certificates submitted. so before Uni-assist process/forwards your documents, they run a thorough check on your documents and on seeing language profiency letter, they abruptly declined your applications.

My advise to any and everyone who wants to apply to study here is to try and get all the required certificates. Running away from IELTS would always bring about these kind of heartbreak at times. If you can spend close to 135€ for applying to schools, what´s stopping you in taking the pain to attempt ielts.. A simple 6.0 would have landed you series of admissions. Knowing fully well that there´s blocked account to be funded, I believe as little as 75,000 (160€) should not be a problem. I know its really challenging coughing out these cash but whatever is worth doing, is worth doing well.

My candid advice to you:

You are almost there...

Try and attempt IELTS before september ending, then fire your application for summer.

I can assure you that your admission will fall through and you´ll be here for summer.

wishing you all the best !
I don't really think that IELTS was the problem, only if those schools categorically stated that IELTS should be submitted as evidence of English proficiency.
Remember he wrote that he applied through uniassist. Normally if the proficiency letter was a problem, he would have been notified.
For his documents to have been submitted by uniassist, it means that he met the basic requirements. It's possible that his letter of motivation wasn't convincing enough or they had applicants with better grades.

Sorry dear I had to quote you but please let's all learn from this.

To your question, yes I applied to Frankfurt.

Back to my lesson, we ain't babies please. Application does not end with a click to submit your documents and you watch as it sends successfully. Many times I see people come asking "please who has heard from Bremen, Frankfurt". If a course is open, do well to sleep on that course website to get all you need to know about it. If it's restricted, you know. You don't just apply. Comb the page through and through till you know every every about the course. One thing I have observed about most courses is that if you search well, you gonna find where they tell you when they will be rolling out admits. I did that and found that Frankfurt's date for admit is June 15th. With that information, I am not perturbed. Am rather just hopeful. Hope you get my message

Please let's always inform ourselves about the deadline of a course, when admission is gonna be out, criteria for admit and so on. That way, you spare yourselves the unnecessary BP to yourself and the thread.

Bless up.

Thank you very much Sire. Please i wish to go for undergraduate studies. Though i have OND in Computer Science and need to further my studies in Germany and also have an opportunity to better my life and that of my family.

Please which school do you think is best for computer related studies, with a better pocket friendly environment, cos i must put money into consideration while attempting my exit.
you don't need to ask it like ten times before I will answer and the number of time won't change the answer go get HND or first year transcript from any university the go to daad.de and check for courses that suit you
