Please and Please don't accept any advice to cut your dreadlocks... it's what you're and dread does not make you look dirty.
I know CEO with dread.... Americans are not Nigeria and they don't judge blindly like we do... let me give you a tip.. if you have an interesting profile and your reason for travel is genuine.. you will get the visa because to the V.O you're like a breathe of fresh air.

Pay for your kids visa fee... fill their DS160 form and go to your profile page and click reschedule appointment from there you will see a page where you can include more applicant. Make sure you include the reference number of the receipt then choose another date.

I have long dreads (the right word I like to use is locs. There is nothing dreadful about that hair style) , and I got my visa.

You must include their reference number in your profile page before you can schedule the same interview date.

You can fill a fresh form or update your submitted form by clicking retrieve an application not start an application. After providing the DS160 number of the submitted form, provided the required info and a dialog box will open asking if you want to view the confirmation page or create a new application. Click on create a new application and all your previous information will still be available in the new application but you will have a new ds160 number, which you must update in your profile page for interview.
