I’m having serious issues with NTEL,i paid 1000 into my ntel account at their office and when i tried to buy a data plan i had that green status bar and but i didn’t get my data,i tried continuously but still didn’t get my data.Ive tried to call their customer care with no response,the person on their Twitter keeps using me to play,the people at their office said i should call customer care.

Should i just buy a new wawu sim? Rather than try to fix this one because this people don’t handle issues well at all

It's a ntel sim that sell 12gb data for you at the rate on 1k for one month

Bought mine like 3 weeks ago and yet no service.

I guess they want people to buy their mifi which is just stuupid to me.

Got the wawu sim... mine doesn't work in my house but once I cross my gate.. it works. I noticed that the signal at home isn't strong enough to do anything with it but once I go out menh.. It's something else.. Maybe I have to get a mifi

Edited.. They told me when I got it that it may take up to a week and it did.

Some people sha, just open trend and calling a company scam for something you could have called their customer care for... We need to learn how not escalate matters that can easily be resolved in this country... I opened the trend expecting something much more serious. Most of us have used more than one network and there have been times for days mtn, glo etc won't make calls, Internet won't work etc... Machines develop faults, some years ago Toyota called back a chain of camry cars they sold because it had fault, iPhone had bendgate recently, Samsung had batteries blowing up... Make una dey take things easy jor...

Assuming he didn't escalate this out would his problem be solved? At least i have a guy that had this similar issue but he was left with no choice to purchase another sim again while the first 1k sim is gone now we that are average individual are really scared as fv k to buy the sim cause we can't afford going and coming just to rectify their unprofessional mistakes

Seriously? In case u don't know I have been using Ntel a long time before u even heard of it. I'm one of those that enjoyed the service right from when they launched, so say what u know. Ntel is a 4g only network, if u put ur phone on auto it won't work, both on phones and modems. This is why their voice service is only on VOLTE, (no GSM) also why they launched the VOXhd app so devices that don't support VOLTE can still use their voice service with the VOXhd app. If u want to know more about Ntel I can school u. And who told u not all phones have 4g only? In some phones it is called LTE/CDMA like in the picture below. That is my phone and LTE/CDMA means 4g only while LTE/GSM/UMTS is multi mode, clicking that will let u choose auto, 3g only or gsm only.

Bro please assist me,my ntel network only comes up for few seconds and off again ,I use a nexus 6 and my sim card works in my colleagues phone .I think I need to do additional settings.anybody can help me please

Have u tried choosing LTE only on ur phone?

yes the service comes up and goes off once it connects

Download 4G switcher and put it on LTE only trust me the network with stable. Don't use code to switch it to LTE
