The same thing is playing out now. There are two batches for distribution of APLs. They started calling since yesterday...But i believe @ the moment is from the Northern zones that they are calling.. I don't think that they have start calling successful ones from the southern Zones.. Most of the guys they call yesterday were Northerners...

Marvel merit is not 80% . yes the same thing is playing out as stake holders first before merit. Currently I have two people that have gotten. The girl and the other guy who did interview separately in abuja. The guy got his today and he said two other people who he met that day in abuja have gotten theirs. The other one I heard was since June. Another person whose portal was closed on this forum who is my friend and made frantic calls to her sponsor and her portal opened and was called for interview is yet to collect. So not all stake holders have collected either. Perhaps stake holders get level. This two that I know have gotten , One is from the south- south and the other is from the west.Thats all I can dish out for now.
