So for the past weeks, ntel have been having a lot of issues ranging from:

1. Unable to sub
2. Zapping of data
3. Slow network ( can't download fast )
4. Network disconnection
5. Lot of signals for days etc.

With all this above and more, their customer care ( customer nightmare ) will keep giving you 1 same reply! If you want to try for your self, call them in the morning b4 9 am and they will tell you " before 12 pm today " call after 12 pm you get something like " in 24hours it will be resolved "

What do you think is the best step to make/take, to save our self this trouble and to avoid late delivery of works done!

Ntel are not ready for business. Sometime in biz greediess is not the best way to enlarge.

ntel is not dead. waxing valiantly in Lagos, PHC and Abuja. My advice, dump the sim and get another reliable network sim stable and fast in your location

You are saying the network is "waxing valiantly" yet you say at the end of ur post get another network. It makes no sense. By the way, I won't be online if I have not moved on to Etisalat.

Presently using Ntel , downloads at 3mbs/s and I subscribe online....so guy change your phone

My Ntel still works. I subscribed online on Monday and within 45 mins it started working. I think most people having problems are those using the wawu sim. I use the classic sim, unlimited and it still works.

But that is not denying that they always have this issue whereby u subscribe online and it takes forever for ur airtime to turn to data.

I recharged online with the Wawu sim so I do not see a reason to panic.

Me been thinking to get the sim at Egbada this week if am chance now hearing 45min to activate once been to Ikeja to buy but not available....tired of all this Ntel wahala joor

I saw wheen on my ntel SIM. For almost 3 weeks after the 10gig I was given on a new Wawu SIM had finished, I couldn't resubscribe with my 1k balance. I called, tweeted, emailed all to no avail. It was only after I went to their office in Alaba (where I bought the SIM) and complained to the agent there before I was resubscribed. It was a helluva bad experience!! Their web platform is complete poo!!!

NTEL has been the best internet service provider to me in a long while. Probably the problem is from your end.

If you stay in their office for 15 minutes, you'll see at least 5 people either coming or calling to complain about one thing or the other. Those dudes aren't ready. What's so wrong with making recharge and conversion to data easy and straightforward like other networks?

They have been having issues lately even here in Port Harcourt. Casual browsers may not notice it at first but its obvious for heavy users.

These guys aren't ready for business yet. I mean u can't recharge online nor offline. You can't buy get their voucher. The people in their offices are clueless. You can't make calls cos new keeps disconnecting each time.

I passed by their office in ikotun yestday. Can't imagine the numbers of people trying to register new sim.

That's pure wickedness. You are having issues with some customers yet you keep acquiring more customers. I can only deduce one thing. We were deliberately shut out so they can give access to new customers. Or they want to frustrate us to het new sim s as to increase the number of subscribers

I bought a spectranet freedom modem with 30gb in it. I struggled to finished the 30gb under 1 month, the thing was so too damn slow that I never re subscribed after 1 month. Meanwhile on Ntel I use a minimum of 80gb in a month, sometimes 120gb. The thing is with cheap things come consequences, 1k for 12gb sounds too good, but I don't use wawu sim, I use their classic sim and I pay 3,750 every week for unlimited and it just works.

I love the spectranet freedom modem, it has a long lasting battery, how I wish it could be unlocked. But I cannot stand their snail network speed. Now this might be location based Sha.
