Interesting story....though its hard to forgive such a father, but at the end I will cos God took care of me without him

Forgiveness is very difficult and it's not easy but it's also a must because we can't live without hurting one another. Good job Blair may the gives you more strength and more power to your elbow.

I must confess your comments made me want to update .Literally had to ditch my sleep for this.
I know it a short chapter,but I will complete it tommorow if I get 15comments.

chapter 13.
"I don't think there is any other feeling as painful as separating two lovers" .


She wiped her tears as she cleaned her nose with her handkerchief fighting more tears from dropping ".

Her name is "Aishat malik" and tomorrow was her wedding. She stared at the ceiling counting the lines as she murmured incoherent words of how her suppose happiest day was to be ruined getting married to a man she didn't love or know".
At that moment she wished for so much"..that even her knew Allah would be against.
She prayed her one and only true love was fine"..she had hurt him by cutting off all communications with him without a goodbye .
What was life without him?Without her education? Her father had told her that immediately she got married,she will follow her husband to Kaduna where her life would begin
She prayed for death to end her misery.

Aishat not again please her mother begged " seeing her daughter cry pitifully.

"Love isn't always by first sight,you will grow to love him."

That she assured her for she herself had shed those sorrowful tears when she was forcefully engaged to her husband "

But now,She had learned to live with him.To her that was all that mattered".

I wish..u could fe..eel my pain she stammered in between hiccups and tears".

Her mother enveloped her in her arms as she prayed for Allah's assistance to comfort her daughter.

She suddenly felt uncomfortable with her boss's stare.She felt vulnerable, like he could read her with his gaze'..she batted her eye lashes as she shyly avoided his penetrating gaze"

He swore red looked good on her'..it was her colour and he wished he could fill her wardrobe with just red'

He suddenly found his voice" ,although it came out very husky and sexy' and it sent goosebumps to her body".

Why do you want to see me? He asked feeding his eyes on his laptop.

Geez"..he needed a distraction from staring.Her eyes were doing magic to him and his laptop was the only option and at the screen his late wife picture displayed " and for the first time,he didn't feel like staring at it but at what was upfront".
