Looks great! Recipe for the veggies sauce please!

Chicken
Irish potatoes
Green, yellow and red pepper.
Spring onion,
Carrots.

Boil boil the chicken add your seasoning, when almost done add the cut up or whole peeled potatoes, let cook for a while and add your veggies. It shouldn't cook for longer than 2 mins once you've had the veggies in.

You can mash up the pototoes if you'd like a thicker consistence or just serve it as is.

not necessary unless you like your sauce oily cos the chicken will release oil from its skin .

Lobster, shrimp and crap fried rice at a Xi’an restaurant. One the best Chinese places I’ve been in a while

Four seasons dumplings (vegetarian, shrimp, crab and pork)

Mojito and strawberry vodka martinis
