My point is that, as you said. People "pretend" or hide the their true nature on FB. IG or twitter. And they should, there is no where it should be acceptable for people to brazenly make such disgusting as hell comments about women and issues on rape.
However here it's almost like they are praised and rewarded with 100s of likes for such ill behavior. So they continue and continue. Imagine if a growing child who doesn't have a firm grasp on what is wrong or right reads this website. They may feel that it's right to say such disgusting things about women or support terrible acts against women because they see such comments with huge likes supporting them when it is not meant to be so.

The way they hide on fb and twitter is the way they should hide here. And not use here to speak all sorts of trash they have in their heart. The way they know they will be dragged for all nonsense they say on FB and Twitter is the same way they should feel they will be dragged here. There is absolutely no reason why this place should be turned to a Paradise for sick and misogynistic individuals all in the name of "keeping it real"

I seen comments attacking and insulting women here get up to 900 likes. Rapist comments. Misogynistic comments, comments supporting abuse. Such kind of comments.

Now I know that up to 900 posters here liked such a comment, (the one in particular I'm talking about) but I don't know who actually liked it.

THing is, many women who get raped are not 'dressed loose', they dress very very conservatively.

A rapist does not necessarily take the way women dress into consideraiton when commiting his criminal act.

The last phone I used before this one I am using to type now was stolen from me last December in a vehicle. Though as usual I blamed the thief in the open however I still blame myself in my quiet times for putting it in that pocket instead of holding it because I know how things goes in the area I entered the car. Physically I know that the thief can't stand me in person so he wouldn't have been able to collect it from me. Around the city I leave, it is a common knowledge that whenever you park a car and leave something valuable very visible chances are that whenever you come back you will discover someone tried to break into the car or they already break into and that valuable taken. So in order to take precaution you see people try to either conceal it by putting such thing in the car boot/pigeon holes or going away with it their bags.
That does not mean peoples car have not been stolen or collected at gun after taking all the precautions but some many times most of these hazardous situations can be prevented except in these extreme cases.

If you are my mother, my wife or my twin sister you will know that I take precautions to issue like these seriously. So if didn't take precaution and it happens I will only tell you sorry the same way I will tell an outsider because you are in a grievous situation.... However, I will still believe you would have avoided it if you dressed decently. It not cost anything extra to dress decently..
