I don't think it's about giving in too quickly. Although men have differing views on this. He may have been the type that feels because he didn't have a "tough" time before you agreed to go out with him, you are therefore "cheap" and will be an easy lay. Otherwise, I don't see how he would just assume the meeting point will be his house & didn't run it by you.

Again, by the comment he made when you guys came out of the bus about liking what he saw(your back when you were seated in front of him & your top was riding up), I think you should have known the kind of man he is.
