Southern pole leg over continue in NSE stocks. Zenith has leg over from 23 junction to 22, Dangote sugar 16 to 15, Dangote flour 8 to 7, and as we move on toward December, expect many more leg over from all stocks, their leg over will passes many southern junction till it get to the bonanza junction. Soon don't be surprise to see Zenith at 15/18 GTB at 23/26 Flour mill at 16/17 UBA at 6/7 Access bank at 6/7 FBNH at 6/7 Oando at 2/3 Dangote sugar at 7/9 Dangote flour at 5/6 Fidelity, FCMB, Diamond bank, Transcorp, Honey well at sub #1. etc. |

NSE at this time has two group. Cash is king group & Averaging down group. Sell at current price no matter the percentage of hair cut (loss) and join the cash is king group, and wait for bonanza period to buy is more better than joining the averaging down group. Listening to my advice, act on it, and thank me later. |

Chibuking81: Cash is not king. We should all have a limited amount of cash investments for emergencies and as a reserve to act as a shock absorber in our portfolios when markets collapse. However, we should not have too much cash. For any investor, a long-term allocation of more than 35% to cash is too much unless you are Warren Buffett A Quote from an article. |

Godlylifeoneart:Long term investment in Nigeria stock some time is a big risk. Warren Buffet came from the part of the world that long term investment work perfectly well. The part of our world has not gotten to that level yet. Foreign investors comes to our stock market with big amount of money, and always bail out with huge amount of their money whenever the atmosphere is about to change. Taking my advice is not compulsory but of choice. I still maintain that cash is king is better than averaging down. When I said cash is king, I don't mean that one should withdraw his/ her money and keep it under a matrass. The money can be channel to treasure bill, fixed deposit, or remained in ones account to receives little monthly interest, while one wait for bonanza period to take nice position. Being in a particular stock must not be for better for worst affair, unless you are the owner of the company. Some times in Nigeria, the owners of the company take off their money from the company, and left empty company to the ordinary shareholders. |

MSCI MOVEMENT FOR 16 AUGUST2018/GENERAL COMMENT Clean slate maintained by the fun for 16 August 2018. Let us relax. Market will always be there. For now there should be no temptation that should be pushing us to throw good money after bad money. For me I am selling more equities, especially those at the fringes. I see that better opportunities will come later. My new money is not for the market as at now. The chart below is telling us that the market want to go down further. I feel for everybody, and the best good I feel I can do is to continue to sound the “stay out of market for now bell” if you buy now, who will pay you higher price to make gain? For example, I don’t know the price you bought transcorp, NGN1.20 is now resistance (many people will sell at this price anytime price gets there!!! ) Using the fund’s portfolio as a guide, “green” mean buying while “red” is selling. Caution: This is for information purpose only. Data used are assumed to be correct. However, you may want to verify the data from an appropriate source. N:B Due to the fact so many new people are coming to this forum and may not know this use of following the “big monies that move markets”, I will be indicating why/how to use the information. This will be a permanent future of my post to reduce some comments which may prevent the people that understand the system from confusion by people who have not followed how this started. My comment for today for anybody who is doubting the efficacy of following the fund is to look at my recent recommendations for the past 2 months. 2 Likes
