Some people will never comments on the progress of one application

But they will wait till one small issue before they pop up.....

Am sure even the guru's in this thread knows the truth about that BAN...but nobody will say the truth because no body want another to progress

I really don’t know why you guys are attacking Frankrobb1. He is saying the truth. Truth is never sweet, and there’s no point hoping for one cause when there are alternatives. He has mentioned, look into New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and other welcoming countries of the developed world. The refusal letter blatantly stated a 5 year ban for misrepresentation. The applicant was also issued a procedural fairness letter to defend his mistake during his application as he stated in his previous posts. The sentence following the refusal reasons which is ‘You are welcome to reapply if you’ve....’ are generic and appear in all refusal letters that don’t contain check boxes. Hope for Canada is analogously dead for at least the next 5 years. No need spending unreasonable money to overturn the ban or surmount the refusal. Ban is ban. Hope for leaving the country on the other side isn’t dead since there are other promising countries that also offer top notch educational services. Please don’t despair in your dreams to acquire a higher standard of education if that is your true intent. May the Lord be with you.

Please I need a quick response... I just started my online application. I don't understand this sign in partners thing. I guess it's easier to use GCkey?

Please pardon me asking if this has been treated before

Frankrobbn1:

The refusal letter which stated he is free to reapply, doesn't mean that he is eligible to do so rather after the stipulated ban time (5 years)... I strongly doubt the applicant who claimed her ban was averted after consulting an immigration attorney in Canada, because the chances of winning such a case is very very difficult after being served a fairness letter. He might be lucky enough to win the case, only if the applicant used an agent and it was indicated on his form. Aside this, I see no hope.

I have an experienced immigration attorney in Canada, I can give the applicant the contact of the attorney so he can try and see what follows next.

The statement written on the form that he can reapply, actually means he can reapply anytime, not 5 years like you stipulated. He really can apply anytime he chooses if he feels he can over effective rebutall to the misrepresentation. But the chances are not easy to overcome it.

Ps: What evidence do you have against the person who said he overcame a ban? I really do not see anything unbelievable about that.

Success ride to the applicant!

The person who claimed to have overcome a ban on this thread, her information was found misleading and has already been deleted by the moderator of this reputable thread because a procedural fairness letter is known to be the last chance to save an immigration case and can not be averted! after acknowledging and responding to the letter.

Exactly, I think he should reapply if he can afford the time and money .. It is his/her decision to make but I think it is worth the shot if he can effectively convince the VO about the misrepresentation.

This is what most people here don't seem to understand. After an applicant has successfully responded to the fairness letter, an immigration lawyer has no power again to alter the ban. Immigration lawyers are also hustlers and for sure they have family members to cater for. They will charge you a fee of about 3000$CAD - 4000$CAD just to write a letter regarding the ban. At the end of day, when the applicant finally reapplies the application will be bounced back due to the ongoing ban which was bestowed on the applicant. Let's embrace the truth and allow this young man move on with his life by searching for other countries.

Care me to ask how the information you claimed was misleading was uncovered from CIC in a short span and the applicant deleted? The applicant asking the question should nevertheless not feel detered. He should reapply and represent the truth on the oversight. Getting an attorney may help convey what he himself was not able to do before. I wish him the best.

Since we're all talking about this ban thing, would anyone be kind enough to give me a personal contact so I can be put through?

Please allow me to give you the best advice anyone here can give you. Please read this thread from the very beginning as much as you can. This is part 14. If you can, please read part 13 join. Spend data, give yourself a couple of hours and go through the thread. At the end you will be equipped with at least 80% of what you need to know and do to be successful in your application. You will be able to avoid the urge of misrepresentation and even avoid the honest mistakes of doing so.

You will find this very helpful. I did the same. If there is anything else that is still confusing, you can come back and ask the gurus in the house.

This is not true.
He can reapply but with strong LOE. The cic letter clearly asked him to reapply. Haba.
I'm talking from experience. I didn't know I should have indicated my previous us rejection. Though I later got us visa. When Canada rejected me sitting untruthfulness, I later wrote a loe as I reapplied and my visa was approved.

Bros, l will advice you to reapply and explain yourself. Good luck to you.

Please if anyone wouldn't mind answering... For those who did an online application, may I know what file, documents like degrees, nysc, resume, employment letter, sop, sponsorship letter, pension statements etc can be uploaded on? Can it be on client information file?

Second question, what document can I upload to show evidence of work requirements in study? Can I upload the email I was sent regarding co-op work permit?

Lastly, is it necessary to upload application for a temporary resident visa made outside Canada imm5257 when an application for study permit made outside of Canada imm1294 has been done?

Those that had strange numbers called them some weeks ago.
Pls, some numbers just called me now again, although I missed the calls, which wasnt intentional and I tried to call back to no avail.
I don't know if I should still conclude the calls are just coincidental and not related to my TRV app.

Blessed weekend.

Of what gain will it be for me to give misleading informations oga ?
I have my permit and have already finished my masters.
The post of 11th is for my daughter and who just left sec school and going for her first degree. I applied for her and only came on board to gather more information because of the long wait.
