ofada rice is the Nigerian local rice, good for people with diabetes, doesn't contain starch, very nutritious, n very delicious. U can Google it

every rice contains starch.

But that one contains more fiber which helps with glucose regulation

Mans been sick all week, food has become alien to me, the only thing i have been able to push down in 2 days is garden eggs and unsweetened yogurt, i thought coming here would help but it didn't..........

You posted a pic and wrote 'salah food' ,if I should post a food pic and write 'dinner' everybody would believe that's my dinner food.
Since you want to play smart, is that pic from a salah scene? why didn't you make reference to the Google page you copied it from?

You should have given credit to whom it's due. It's just like plagiarism na.
You know everyone posts meals they prepare here. Even if you don't prepare, just appreciate the hard work others put into their meals on google by giving them their well deserved credit instead of false representation.
Nobody likes to work and others take credit for it.
It's good practice anyway, so that you don't run into trouble when you are amongst people of honor.

Sorry, take hot thick fish peppersoup with hot rice.
It's croaker fish.
The fresh pepper in it will help the cold and weird taste in your mouth.
