Since your mobo uses 2 ram slot you can buy the 4gb plus the 2gb will make it 6gb RAM.

i upgrade my system to windows 10 frn windows 7 recently, so i was advised to upgrade the ram too... thats why i am asking....

What I was saying is that since u already have 2gb installed and your laptop have two ram slot, you get the 4gb ans add it to the 2gb making a total of 6gb.

Lol.. Remember you're going to pay the engineer that's going to fix it well for you.

Anyway the #20k can do the Intel pentium but for the core i series #22k.

Do a Windows restore to the previous date before it start occurring.

Check If the HDD is still in its right position...

Pls, do they sell Capacitors for Laptop Charger? Capacitor in a Dell charger got burnt and the capacitors I have doesn't match the spec 83uF 400v.

Check if the hdd is sorted properly in the connector and if it is OK then your hdd is bad. You need to replace it.

You will definitely get it in oshodi (Arena) or ikeja (ipodo Street) but I'll advice you to get another charger.
