Maami, it's the same way fried rice is cooked ó, just that I make sure my rice is well cooked and very soft plus I add everything I can lay my hands on in it .
Like I used meat chunks instead of liver, I sliced lots of garlic in it and replaced onions with more spring onions.
So it's more like a rough and tumble fried rice
