You are very correct but sometimes strict rules kind of restructures peoples bad behavior that is why an average nigerian who is found of beating traffic light in nigeria will be forced to obey that same traffic in london because he might loose his drivers license if the camera at the traffic light flashes him. Exactly bro. Look at Botswana, look at Rwanda, look at Gabon . The question should be why us ? It's not because we are black but we choose incompetence, short cuts and greed. Look at the the same South Africa, after 1994 did they sit down and stop developing because now the leadership was black? No , they continued developing the underdeveloped places left behind . Look at the new power plants they have , look at the airports , new trains even the first underground one in Africa . Today the airports in South Africa are world class including their stadiums . What is our excuse ? We are black? Are those South African leaders who initiated these changes no black too? . Are the young constructors building roads and bridges not blavk South Africans? . I tire of this silly excuse. Education is key to development not skin colour. If Africans could be the best educated immigrants in America, what makes people like thesicilian think we can't develop Nigeria if we could look beyond tribe and religion?

Nigeria was colonized by Britain like other countries like America,Egypt etc for their purely economic gain.Britain has no natural resources and so were ready to milk their colonies.What led to America declaration of July 4 1776?Tax? Too much tax on sugar cane. Britain was not ready to develop any nation.Why did we have rail line connecting North directly to the Port? To ship our products directly to them! Which indistry did they established? All industries at their time were privately owned. They even have thfeir own Royal Niger Company.
