I bought some stuffs on AliExpress with my card. After four transactions I experienced this. What could be the cause? Although I misplaced the card which I got to know today.

I noticed that my card is missing this morning although my AliExpress worked on it. I am yet to replace and block it. I made four purchases. While trying to make the fidth one it was declined. They requested for the three pins at the back of my card which I remembered. I inserted but it was still declined. This is not the first time I am getting this. The last time it happened I had to visit customer care. I just hate going there, they are so unfriendly.

call customer care 014485500 and inform them about your stolen card. You need to get a new card too

yes ATM card is issued instantly , this is done when the account is opened, you will have to apply for that and its issued instantly.

The requirements to open a savings account are

1. Valid identity card
2. One passport
3. Utility bill ; NEPA bill or house rent receipt


Minimum opening balanCE is 1000naira



Yes we have special accounts for university students who don't have valid I'd card, you can open such accounts with just your passport.
