I’m not sure of setting up any security question b4. So if I forgot the question, how do I set up again. I’m tired of entering account numbers all over again, need to save them up as beneficiary

why can't one use the FirstMobile App without registering with your card?

That is one reason I can't access the app till today because I don't have the bank issued card which I don't need for any card related transaction.

well, why not just get the card basically to enrol for mobile banking then you just keep it, because the atm card is tied to almost every digital banking platform. its 1000naira Boss.
