The dough should be thick and well kneaded. Your dough looks too soft.

It didn't taste bad and everyone at home enjoyed it, but i was aiming for one correct smooth look.
Alas, that was not to be.
Almost a disaster, but we ate it like that.
All the effort and hype couldn't be put to waste.
