Did you sign off the usual/proper way? It could take up to 24hrs for the updates to be effected from what i just read on canadavisa.
Please let me know how long yours take.

Sometimes last month or so, I was on to using ICES for evaluating Nigerian Nursing Certificate, RN only after WES began to show their meaness. I paid for ICES evaluation, all documents got delivered August 16th, evaluation completed September 24th, document got delivered to Canadian address 2 hours ago... A month and 10 days.
ICES evaluated the RN as 3 years advanced diploma certificate!!! WES got to be kidding me with their trashy evaluation of Nigerian RN as Secondary Diploma.
Nurses in the house, use ICES.

Her crs was low when i used a bachelors degree she needs something higher like two diplomas or masters. Please how does professional bachelor count as like you wrote in your testimony. Obviously learning from you she would definitely use IQAS for evaluation but what does the degree get evaluated as..I didn’t quite u derived it well in your testimony. Needed to practice in a licensed profession". Law degree is not a masters degree but it is a professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession.

I am also in the same situation. A Deed of Gift was prepared using the sample in this forum (search page 1) and was signed by both of us. On the notarisation by a Notary Public or a sign off by a Commissioner for Oaths is purely optional. But if it gives you peace of mind, please go ahead and notarise. Read Casecasr's post, he did notarise his Gift Deed.

your suggestions are valid...either lawyer is involved(notarised) or he just wrote a letter...you are good to go

Notarising is not compulsory. Remember that document in question is supposed to be notarised by the person who prepared the doc (your dad). Might be safer not to notarise at all. Just my thoughts.
