Sorry for the early Sunday morning disturbance. I had sex with my bf about 3weeks ago without protection. I actually miss calculated my period so I wasn't accurate with my safe period. If not I would have used the morning after pill to prevent any pregnancy.

So, it all started last 2weeks when I was expecting my period according to my wrong calculations and didn't see it. I went to a pharmacy to complain after 3days of not seeing it he said I should wait for at least a week and I should also calculate my period well. Which of course made me to start counting again and then I realised the mistake and knew I had sex exactly 2 days before my ovulation. So now 2weeks after my actual ovulation that I was meant to see my period it didn't show up and I'm now a week late.

So, yesterday I went to do a blood test and it was positive but don't know how far. I was told I have to do a scan to determine that of which they had closed for the day. Worthy of note I did home based test a week before after my previously miscalculated missed period and it was negative.

After leaving the clinic where I had the test yesterday I got those strips again and tested this time again and discovered I was now positive with two red lines indicator. At the clinic I asked if I could use some pills to get rid of it they advised it could be dangerous and cause bleeding but I can pay for a D&C and get it done in about 30minutes and it's between 20-30k.

My issue now is, I feel so strongly I should keep this baby, I'm 24 and I've never been pregnant before. I felt so down at first when I got home but later I kept having a strong urge to keep the baby. I haven't told my bf because I'm sure he wouldn't want the pregnancy at all. He is also young like me.

I'm still a student, not working yet. I just do small businesses from time to time. My parents aren't rich either and I really don't have friends.

So now I'm confused on what to do, I have so many plans for my future and wasn't even planning to get married early but I've always love babies and always love to have a baby at an early age.

Please I need advice people...help me know what to do.

My elder sister was saved from calamity 15 years ago when she decided to keep the unwanted pregnancy she had . She was still in 100 Level at university when she conceived. The boyfriend denied and even vowed to kill her if she should keep the baby.

She continued her education after a year break from school. She is now a successful business woman . She has been legally married since 10 years ago but the marriage has not produced any fruit of womb . The twins are doing fine in their studies and she feels happy anytime they are around her . Her husband has adopted the twins and both are living happily.
Had it been she had terminated the twins pregnancy ,she will definitely be in a state of calamity and agony .

My dear you don't need any advise. I wonder how you expected not to get pregnant when having sex. Even people that use condom get pregnant let alone unprotected. Tell your man that you are pregnant and your family too. Anybody that would advise her to abort the baby may your destiny be aborted. Anyway Op congratulations.
