My person, I know how you feel, just a few days ago, I was in your shoes...I started since April.
The email server crashed end of July and has been back up since August 2.

Mrs Kaka ,although she doesnt picks calls has been most helpful. I had to travel down las las myself to go speak to her and she was very helpful, I made her check junk, spam, quoted dates that WES sent etc.

it was not there!

Meanwhile , Mrs Kaka receives and responds to loads of WES related emails daily. I met them working on it. I hear she even attends to them late in the nights due to the time difference.

Anyways, I went back to WES. called them on phone, emailed them on contact us.

I asked them to check the email they used to send to OOU, they told me they were not obliged to receive the email from me due to fraud but I suspect that helped as I told them to check other correspondences with OOU, it was only after this time, did WES send a 3rd email (september that finally went through to Mrs Kaka email.

Question: so what happened to the other ones?
Is it possible that WES staff made an error in copying out the email from the transcript?

Dont wait for that their 7 weeks story oh...dont dull!

Goodevening beautiful people, i also have a challenge as regards this DOB discrepancy. My husband’s passport carries a different DOB from his actual. When we decided to try this Immigration process journey, I knew it would come up. I don’t want him to use this passport because it is untrue and I don’t want any misinterpretation wahala in future. His siblings live in Canada and I bet they put his actual DOB while filling their personal/family details. I’d really appreciate suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Thank you

Let him do an affidavit, I have similar issue and I intend to indicate it on the LOE... Anyone in the house with better suggestion should please help

Well they wanted 6 months payslips with evidence of salary inflow into bank statement, employment letter, Hubby's degree certificate, explanation for how i am qualified to do what I do (studied engineering, now working in finance), hubby's visa (he was abroad at that time), explanation for why my daughter and I weren't with hubs "in the abroad", height and colour details, and passport bio data pages. The last two are standard ADRs from LVO.

Depends on your degree, I used Iqas for my hubby's law degree then used Wes for myself but then again the waec factor wasn't in play yet.....
I would pick Ices if I were evaluating now cos there won't be need for verification and Waec...... But that's just my own opinion

They've replied me and a gave an answer for DOB I never asked. From their reply i was meant to understand that regardless of ur transcript sent to them with wat so ever DOB or names wahala m, what is most important to them is ur national identification either ur international passport or national identification that bears ur full name and DOB that wat they will will not minding wat was sent from school.

Attached here is a screen shoot of their reply.

I was ready to follow every step u listed. One after the other to end. But thank God i am good to go.

If all else fails, you can try the option of explaining all this to IRCC in a LOE. I don't recommend changing the DOB on the passport. Remember that you went to do affidavit for the new age and swore that you were telling the truth. Backtracking now means perjury - a big deal

It is better you call them and cancel the BSc evaluation especially with all the complaints about OOU verification. Your HND and OND is already 2 certificates , adding your BSc wont make any difference in the report.

A friend's OND and HND evaluation even came out as OND--equivalent of 2 years Canadian diploma,
the HND was evaluated as equivalent of 3years canadian diploma and 1 year post graduate diploma.

The HND alone already gave him 2 certificates.

I just mentioned few pages back that ICES is very fast,that mine took 5 weeks for the entire process.ICES does not do back and forth verification like WES.Let your school send your transcript through their official email address or they send it through courier to ICES then on your part,you scan and upload your coloured certificate and international passport to them through email.

noted I'll do just that and hope the ECA report will be ready before the end of December.

All these fake age questions should stop please. Did you consult us before you falsified your age? Leave us all out of it and sort out your own mess.
