Why Is Bayelsa Not Develop Like Dubai Or Lagos? by Binikingdowm(op): 2:18pm On Oct 16, 2018

All past bayelsa governors need to be shot or die by hanging including goodluck ebele Jonathan..

They have everything that could turn the state into heaven but no they did the opposite..

What is bayelsa lacking,is it money? Closeness to water? Please what.

It's one of the state taking it trillions of naira more than other state but it's still look like dustbin.

Borno that have no oil or sea can pay salaries while fighting a terrorist group but bayelsa that once produced a president and have everything can't pay salaries..

It's quite disturbing

from gov alamieyeseiya to goodluck Jonathan to timipre Sylva, and now to Henry Dickson

passing the blame to Federal government as usually is the national anthem of ijaw people.
What anambra receive in five months is what bayelsa receive a month. They will shout resource control as if their is any country in the world that practice full federalism as if it is Houston that has the oil mining license.

They hid their inefficiency under the federal government.

Bayelsa has been underdeveloped by the federal government since the creation of the state..
Anyone of you even visited bayels during the military regime..If yes help me educate the rest..

Alamasieya was the first governor that opened up bayelsa state for development..infact the first major roadbin Bayelsa was built by him..

Thanks military and the north deliberately shut that state prior to democracy while looting their resources ..

Alams come ND open dia eyes to development..
Today there are alot of infrastructural development..by the successive government.

Let's be honest with our selves about the Niger Delta.
The federal drill there oil through agip sapien lng and with giving Dem any infrastructures

One question..
Can anyone mention one federal government public infrastructural development apart from companies and lng in bayelsa pre 99..

Who is this one again?... Av u been to bayelsa? And who told anyone is owing salaries? And which dustbin are u talking about. Or u just want to talk... There is about 5 states in the NORTH that are as developed as bayelsa.. just incase u don't know... Would they hold MBGN in bayelsa if it's dustbin, my dear from my local govt to yenagoa the capital... There is no single pothole.. clean road... Please don't say what u don't know.

Dickson is only owing 4months in 2016. Arrears... Asides that he pays salaries up to date... And I will say it a level 8 in bayelsa earns more than SW states level 8 except maybe Lagos... Am involved , so I know... They earn big in bayelsa.

The right question ok would av asked is why is Lagos not like London or Dubai.. don't forget this state was created in 1996, water logged and after how many years of marginalization... Don't worry d state is coming gradually.

How much does Bayelsa earn from the fraudulent sharing formula.
I hope when the North eventually convert Abuja to one of their state some ignorant people won't claim it was the hand work of the state.
Get it clear that no state in the south west or any part of the south would've developed up to Lagos cos it was built by Nigeria.
Up till date the Nigerian state strangulating policies still funnel more monies to Lagos state shocked

Yes Bayelsa and other SS States should be more developed, their politicians are all theives.

Same can be said with Lagos and the corrupt Tinubu and his cronies. In Lagos what you have is DECADES of Federal Spending and a cumilnation of all Nigerian citizens blood and sweat, along with foreigners.
