Sorry I was out of town with limited access to my system. Dot com is still the king so if it is not taken I will always go for it. For the dot io, I purchase names I feel will sale provided all the main TLDs are not available. Sometimes they sell, sometimes they don't and I allow domain to just expire without renewal. I am still one of the newbies trying what works. Thanks

A lot tech startups like the dot io extension. If u can get a solid keyword dot io extension good for you. In my opinion they are not a bad investment.
