The negotiation is between the client family and the borehole man,but at it stands per distance and the hard soil hitting a rock underground I was informed 650k.

Laterite for filling when we don't have sharp sand in abeokuta and ordering most of our materials from Lagos but sharp sand from Lagos too is expensive and there are still some that has salt which is dangerous for rods so we wanna manage our laterite jejeli* for compact it well.
We will use a rammer as well.
Tomorrow next for filling

I don't want to believe you are saying no sharp sand in Abk ..ccecc and other companies move nothing less 1000 tonnes daily from oba axis..

you will get quality maybe you need to change ur supplies.. Thanks and still following.. and you forgot to tell us the bearing capacity of the soil and depth of pads... and what's the maximum beam span

We tried to get it oo but as it stands was told "e no dey" (the ones for filling but there's sharp sand) and I know if we later get it as planned it will be very expensive.
We have a good soil here.
No soil test was done only a survey of the soil was done for the borehole which we use as well but as it stands,we arrived at about 15 types of soil before we get our water in which we have a rock and the borehole depth is over 100m.
There are even storey buildings around that only column was done @the edges and that's all because of good soil.
We don't have problem about soil sir.
The depth of the foundation is 750mm and the pad bases for the mat and columns is 300mm so for the pad bases we have 1,050mm and for blocks in substructure we have 750mm.

We only have a cartilever of 1.575m which TMT rods of Y20 will take that.
The sitout in front in such of a curved form.
All our rods are TMT anyways.

Ongoing filling Getting done gradually in respect to the ongoing terrace columns growing out to the height of 7650mm from the pad bases.
Foundation done for 2weeks.
