The FG should first of all fix the economy before talking of making law that will limit number of children a woman should have. This administration always like to iron a shirt, spray perfume on it before washing it.

Do you know that most people are just giving birth in order to sale the baby? Some are giving birth so as to give to the rich as houseboy/girl in order to be getting favour from the rich family.

Above shows that the economy is too bad. Fix the economy to enable people acquire education and when they hear of birth control, they will understand its benefit.
Fix the economy and most miscreants will leave our streets.
Fix the economy and the child trafficking, child labour and child slavery will reduce.

This will be a great step at tackling one of the major issues in our country which is "children manufacturing" as if it were going out of fashion, without any recourse on how to give these kids some quality life thereby constantly recycling poverty, ignorance and nuisances.

Part of the circumstances that led me to trekking the desert onward Europe in search of a better life and to help my siblings/family make a sense of their lives. The kids are always the dupe of this poverty-induced past time of baby making.

I support this move wholesomely.

It's a simple arithmetic;

remain celibate (and invite others with like minds to that) and allow others to have 15 children per woman.

except if they can come up with a law to bar northern men from marrying more than one wife. Or until Nigeria is totally restructured with regional autonomy. Else, this proposal would further keep the south politically disadvantaged compared to the north. I hope our southern leaders would reason well before allowing such law.

If you need to limit children, get yourself involved in positive activites, don't have sex with anybody. Not even secretly with yourself. This is called abstinence.
This is the God given approach.
2nd method is Natural family planning. Monitoring your wife's fertility cycle and having sex on the days she is not fertile.
If you cannot do these then you might be a sex addict and do not believe that God can do anything to control you. How then will you get to heaven if you cannot control your own private part?

Reverend uuzba you cannot completely control when your wife or girl friend can get pregnant I know couples who failed on that . But even the white people that brought religion to Nigeria are not fanatics like us
