So,why did the court allowed him to contest in 2015 even when he didn't submit those certificates?

Even Adeleke was compelled to provide his WAEC certificate, so I just wonder why Buhari should be an exception. It is a pity we are in a country where graduates are expected to provide all cerificates including primary school, but to be a president you dont even need WAEC.
