Alright.

Will do. Is there any consensus as to if we should expect more shorts? Or bears ruling the markets?

Also, I saw some posts back about people worried about our naira, any good counter to this? I did have one, but it's not so popular around here.

Like I said earlier
After the raggee come the blues.
After Alhaji Abracadabra Dangflour is heading back to 80kobo where it came from.

BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!

Meanwhile those in the DANGFLOUR TRAIN sweating it out.

By the time all these results are out, pressure will gradually mount over the good stocks that have done well.
E.g PEOPLE WILL VALUE Fidelity over Dangflour and the cash will move from there into Fidelity ( similar EPS, DANGEROUS PRICE GAP).
Hmm, I now remember CP was always cautious here, always asking people to look at money made from core business.
Any fool can sell assets.... grin
I am still surprised that neither CP nor OGG has commented on Aiico, or did I miss a class?

Maybe there is nothing to comment. The result speaks for it self. Aiico is a falling knife, if u like put your hand.

I cant believe that DF made N11m in three months (jul-sept). This is truly appaling and has reduced the worth to less than N2/share

What do you expect after selling off their Pasta business to Dufil.

FMN is the king in flour business.

I once heard abdulsamad rabiu(bua) say he will never go into a business that sources raw materials abroad again in his life...... I believe this applies to most of our top business men in the country, flour milling, fuel distribution et al as a big venture for the likes of dangote, rabiu , elumelu is a thing of the past, the margin is very low, they now talk cement, sugar, rice, power..... If they get it right the likes of flormill, uacn, dangotesugar, refinery will sell for more than #400 in 5years time that if Our Nigerian management factor no perform their magic
