You don't compare Muslims and Christians.It's like comparing oranges and apples.
Christianity is not a religion(yea I know many people don't understand that).Religious people follow rules just like in a school.Christianity is a relationship,like a father with the son.
When you relate well with your father,you begin to understand him and do what he loves without being controlled by rules.
That being said,a lot of books(best sellers)have been written in other languages and translated.That doesn't invalidate those books.
A popular film titled,'The good, the bad and the ugly' originally had an Italian title.You know it by the English title,it doesn't take anything away from the film.
