Gud am gurus in the house...please if I want to certify my document at the embassy, how many days does it take them to do it, do i need to go there with my originals and leave it with them. Do i need to book for appointment, how much do they certify document per page.
You can book an appointment, visit Germany embassy website to book an appointment.
You have to carry your original documents alongside the photocopies of the required documents (depending on the school), as you will be asked to present to original documents for sighting.
Certification is also free at the embassy. You can certify as many as five documents for free.
Did you find this info helpful??

Guys, it’s best you read through the entire thread. You’ll find something you could relate to and learn from people who went through same process but are now in Germany. I pray we start seeing testimonies for summer/winter 2019 soon... It’s our turn. Admission letters will drop, interview dates and BA won’t be a problem for us. Amen.

Amen o

Hi Guys...
Trust Everyone is doing good...
I received a call from the Embassy by 2:00pm today to come pick up my Visa tomorrow by 10am. Its kinda like a bittersweet moment for me. My enrollment deadline was yesterday and on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th i was in contact with my school international office to try and extend my enrollment but they said that its not possible. Please gurus in the house, what do you advice i do?
Should i go to my school and see if anything could be done?
What will you do in this situation?

I use x-patrio and they are okay. Today is a public holiday in most state in Germany, so expect them to reply tomorrow but if they don't, call them before the day runs out. Do not email.

Apart from Goethe Institute, where else can one register and take the German language proficiency test in Lagos please?
Try Laclic services. Its in VI, on 8th floor Ibunkun House, opposite Eko Hotel. I'm currently enrolled in A1 class and they are good.

This people are strict with their rules, you will have to reply them with the Id card and utility bill of the person who made the transfer. Just try and explain to the person who made the transfer for you on your current situation.

okay, if the person is a student, he can use his Id card, if not he can use his passport for the identification. For the proof of address he can use his Anmeldung certificate (Everyone has this in germany).

I think you should go. Ibos say irukanma. When someone sees you, it's easy for u to convince them than when u are a million miles away. Secondly, if they don't let you enrol, you can enter a language course or keep yourself busy and apply in the coming semester.

My two cents.

Go and prosper

Hello, I sent you an email, kindly reply! Thanks....

Check on the Nigeria consulate website in Germany.
The payment is fixed via online and book an appointment. But it should be in Berlin, then plan your trip and everything accordingly.

You should have done this before leaving Nigeria, instead of all this stress.

cheesy cheesy am not surprise, its normal though, everyone is trying to be careful. I cant say, just send it with the receipt and be hopeful for a positive reply

or

since he is scared of sharing his information, he can send an email with the details to x-patrio using your x-patrio user Id as the subject and he should state he made the payment for you.
