OP, I also sweat on my Palms... Mine is just to much to bear.. I am grateful to God. Its called hyperhydriosis..
Mine is more than I can remember... Over decades now.. I also sweat on my legs too

Avoid holding things for too long. Keep the palm free and always have an handkerchief with you. You can also buy a mini fan where you can place your hands on. Sometimes when you're tensed, you might start sweating. Avoid putting yourself in that position.
The time I enjoy most is harmattan, early in the morning then in school my palm will be so cold like it's Ac cooled and I look for victims to unleash the palm on.

I also suffer from this too.. it's a terrible thing to have.. can cripple one socially.. I schooled in makurdi which is terribly hot was hell throughout... I heard odaban antiperspirant and drysol works.. .been looking for it to buy..there is no cure but it can be managed

I understand how you feel.I also suffered from the same issue such that up till now I can't expose my legs when I'm out and I must also go out with a face towel. the sweaty palms is genetic. work on your anxiety disorder, perhaps you could visit a psychiatrist. Though I've consulted psychiatrist and did a lot of tests, from ecg, eeg, hormonal test and the likes but all to no avail. Simply get yourself a hand towel and clean your sweaty hands repeatedly. This is 29years, still battling with it.You will be fine very soon dear.This hyperhidrosis could be embarrassing

You are suffering from Anemia. It's a symptom. Try to use tonic every month

my advice is that you should stop using your palms to rub cream.I experienced sweaty palms or you should be rubbing vaselines.

See that’s it. Anxiety and nervousness is the underlying problem for some people. Just tell yourself, what’s the worst that could happen? Always remember that you don’t need to be tense or nervous. Relax. Get rest. Exercise very regularly. Play music. Meditate.

@ Op and others, I perfectly understand your plight and for this reason I had to register today to comment. Palmar Hyderhidrosis usually has a negative effect on your work, career and social life. However, the good news is that there is CURE - whether it is primary hyderhidrosis (hereditary) or secondary.

I know a colleague who suffered this for 30 years. He tried anti-perspirant gel such as Hydrosal Anti-perspirant and Drysol but this wasn't too effective as it only stopped the sweating temporarily. As a result, he bought an Iontophoresis Machine - this made his hands completely dry for at least 4 months until they became little clammy again. In that case, just repeat the procedure and your hands will become dry again.

There is ntn you can do to stop it but with time it will reduce that you can't remember abt it; its one of the reason I don't use body cream or wear Pam's for very long during dry season.

I have lived in outside now for some time, and every winter i get to atleast appreciate it because i never get to experience cracked toes,skin or palms....

Those of you who wish you have it coz u have strong palms, I pity you. You wont be able to hold hands with a girl or even touch her or her face coz ur hands will be wet especially when you like her you will surely be nervous or anxious.
