That is french toast. Just mix egg in a bowl with milk then take sliced bread, fat ones make more sense, and dip the bread in the egg combo and place on a fry pan. You can check youtube for videos

I can see u have bin answered.I sha didn't use milk sha.I broke my eggs in a bowl and spiced it then dip my bread in it and the fried.Thats all.I love it spicy so pepper was added in the eggs.

My own usual yaji mix comprises of
1-Ginger
2-Garlic
3-Pepper(those small chilli pepper)
4-spices(curry,thyme,maggi,little salt)
5-Dadawa(optional)

Halcyon123's way is cool too sha. In some videos I have seen people add milk, cinnamon and other spice. It is all about taste grin
