You used to make two updates in a day (morning and night). In fact, when the story started, updates used to be very frequent. At times thrice a day.

But now, we are struggling for two updates in day. If events of the day don't give you much space again to update the story, explain to your fans and they will understand instead of 'typing...' 'Update loading....' Etc. If it won't be regular but irregular, explain to your fans. There is nothing more demoralising than refreshing and refreshing and yet no update.

I've read some stories on NL that took the writer like 2yrs to complete it.

If you all think it's so easy to write-up a story (writing freely at that) you guys should just give it a try.

Stop making it look like you're paying him to update and let's all enjoy the beautiful piece.

SLOWLY, DESMOND AND CLAUDE CAME DOWN FROM THE CAR, their guards by their side...
The people outside the hall shift their gaze to them...

The guards clearing the way for them,they went into the hall....

The reception party organisers quickly walk up to them and led them inside, showing them chairs that have been reserved for them...

They sat down, a few gaps from where the chiefs were sitting, the guards stood beside and behind them...

Claude grunts as she stare around...., the chiefs gigling and laughing sounding in her ears...

She frown when her eyes fell on Chief Carlos...,she weigh all the pros and cons of how they were going to get him down...

She stare around again, her eyes fell on the bride and groom, the decorations were super......

She huffs as she recall what she had told Rachael, she prays and hopes Rachael succeeds.......

"Having fun.....? Desmond ask interrupting her thoughts..

She bit her lip and wear a smile on her face..... "Nice wedding..... "

"Yesss...... "Liza shouted and ran towards the ball, without hesitation she kicked the ball and it went sideways.....

Grudgingly, he went back towards the ball, he kicked it softly and she kicked it hard, flying the ball over him....

Again, he ran towards the ball and threw it to her..

She kicked the ball again,he wanted to catch it but the ball passed him with a speed.....

He huff, stood for a moment.....

"Play it, play it..... ..."Liza shouted...

Taka jut his chin, without hesitation, he walk towards the ball...pick it up, and drop it gently in the floor....
Then he kicked it hard..

He watch as the ball flew over her hitting the wall on the other end.....

Liza shift her gaze to him..... "Hey am just a little child, why do you have to play it that far...... "She said with shrugged shoulders....

Just then he saw a waiter carrying glasses of cocktail in a tray....

He walk closer to him, a few pace from where the chiefs were sitting.......

He took out one glass from the tray and quickly taste it..... "Good flavour....., You made it.. ?

"No sir... am just here to serve....."

The boy nib his lip wondering why he was asking..... "Am twenty-two years old sir.... "

"How much will you be paid for doing this job....?

"I don't know sir, but whatever amount am paid will go a long way in helping me.... "

The boy slack-jawed his eyes..... "I will scream sir.... "

Mr Gallagher quickly shift his gaze to the chiefs, they were still busy laughing and discussing....

Shock raced through the boy as he saw the money...

Without hesitation, the boy shouted, he screamed so loud that everyone's attention shift to him including the chiefs....

The boy quickly kept quiet, joy overwhelming him.....

"Now go and enjoy your money...... "Mr Gallagher said when he noticed the Chiefs were staring at him.....

"Thank you sir... Thank you very much sir..... "The boy said, drop the tray of glasses of cocktail on a table nearby, then he dashed out.....

Their eyes fixated on him and the thug....

Without hesitation, he hold his hands and flog his wrist with the belt....

Gerald burst out more tears... His cries grew louder....

"Shhhh....... "Taka muttered placing his finger on his mouth.... "if you continue crying, i will flog you more, do you want that.....?

"Consider this a first hand gift, there is more to come when my buy order is been accepted..... "

The thug quickly drop another briefcase on the table......, Mr Gallagher opened it and turn it to face them...... She chulkled,took a few steps from him, she found the staircase,without hesitation, she began to climb upstairs....

No one was upstairs, everyone was down celebrating, drinking and dancing

She quickly headed towards the toilet....., she wonder why no one was up, she actually thought, there were some people guarding the toilet area........

She huff and move forward, she saw the first toilet, she try to open it but it was lock....., with a huff, she move to the next one, her gown sweeping the ground....., to her surprise the next one was lock.....

All she wants was to urinate....., she exhales, thinking how she was going to drag her long cocktail gown upwards...

She quickly move to the next,she turn down the knob and it opened slightly....., she sigh, a sigh of relief, then she opened it wide.....

Shock grip her almost making her lost her balance......

"Hello bitch.......... "Rose snarled.....

Annabel feet tremble, she just stood shaking, the enormity of her shock taking control over her....

Legs shaking, mouth shaking she muttered..... "Rose....... "

She began to step backward as Rose began to walk out from the toilet.........

"No no no..., you are dead...... "She hollered with shaking mouth

"Of course am dead,you and your lovely wedded husband dump me in a gutter........ "

"No.. No..., you can't be here..... "Annabel whimpered as she turn to run....

She step wrong, her heel bend and she clatters on the floor.....

"You conniving bitch, slut.......

Trembling, Annabel stood up....

Rose held her and pushed her against the wall.....

Annabel pants, gasp for breathe.......then she began to scream...

Rose let go of her.....

With broken heels, Annabel began to run until she got to the balcony......

"Murderer......"Rose raved.....

Legs trembling, Annabel try to maintain her balance, but her shock took over,she couldn't think, couldn't breathe......, she got ready to run again when Rose began to walk towards her.......

She turn around, her hands on the balcony, hoping to scream, just then,her broken heel tumble,she lost her balance, control, the force pulled her down,,her back sweep the balcony.... she screamed as she began to fall down from upstairs.......

The fall was fast, before anyone could catch her, she landed on a glass table of bottles and glasses of wine............

the force of her body broke the glass table and landed her on the floor..., pieces of the glass table,broken bottles and glasses Pierced into her body.........

People began to scream, her blood began to flow out from her body mixing with the wine flowing from the broken bottles.......

The broken pieces of glass stucked on her face, her hand, her stomach...... Blood flow out freely.......Her cocktail gown drenched with splashes of wine and her own blood............

From upstairs, Rose drag her jacket hood to her face as people began to rushed to Annabel......
with a wry smile, she began to climb down from the stairs..,her eyes showing no pity, no remorse, with a fierce energy she muttered "KARMA IS A BITCH.... "
