Even among men, they are still those that overseers the affairs of how things should be .. That doesn't mean that the leaders are greater than those they lead..
It's just a way of creating a workable environment between the groups involved..
Orderliness is a very important feature in any setting..
In the case of man, woman & God's relationship, man & woman are equal, the yorubas & igbos are equal, the Efik & the Hausas are equal, the rich & poor are equal...
But among these groups I listed, there must be a leader to create a harmonious & orderly environment...
The role is more suitable to the male in terms of sense of leadership, assertiveness, courage &
decision making should in case there is need for it...

They can develop it with time, but in a man, it comes naturally...
