I am 26 years old, B. A Mass Communications from UNN, Single,
Broadcast media journalist with special focus on radio presenting for about 8 years i.e post graduation work experience and pre-graduation work experience like internship and voluntary projects.

But I can't seem to find anything close to that.

Other option is student visa.

I am not sure if your one year experience can nail the assessment for customer service manager. tunlex01 may be able to advice you better with that.

you can create a website now...i created a website for my company with less than 20k

I personally don't think this is an issue. I've read the TRA handbook and it's not mandatory for a company to have online presence.

yes it does...the website and the info on the website tallies with what is on the letterhead paper

I did PTE 3 times and only submitted EOI after getting my last result.

I am just wondering...is it advisable to do my medicals and police report before I lodge my application. Since police report is only valid for 3 months, I was thinking of doing it and the medicals after I apply.

Yes it is. I actually was following the invite round report and it was obvious that for my ANSCO every 75 points were called in the last few months, including November. In fact for my NASCO the least point was 70.

It possible to submit EOI 1hr to ITA round and get invited.

There are few cases of people submitting EOI in the morning and getting ITA in the afternoon in this thread also
