Good day House. Please I reside in Kano and would like to send my WEAC to WES for evaluation. Does anyone have an idea on how to go about it? Can it be done here in Kano? How much will it cost to get it done?

Below you've the procedure to be followed:

Documents Required For WAEC Confirmation Of Results
A confirmation of result can be processed by submitting to WAEC the following:
One plain foolscap envelope
One stamped, addressed envelope for each confirmation of results
=N=250 postage stamp for local mails
=N=350 postage stamp for international mails
NB: An affidavit sworn to in a court of law which should contain the following details:
– Candidate’s Name (in full)
– Name of Examination
– Year of Examination
– Two copies of candidates’ passport photograph per result
– Fee for confirmation of result is:
=N=10,000.00 per result for overseas institutions
=N=5,000.00 per result for institutions within Nigeria
Confirmed results are not handed over to candidates. They are sent direct to the institutions or establishments which candidates want to provide with the information.

I just noticed there’s no need for WAEC Verification of result again. I guess the scratch card has replaced it. My status was updated- WAEC Result accepted + waiting for scratch card and waiting for my University to verify my transcript.

Well, I hope they are not waiting for my scratch before sending back to WAEC. I’m totally confused.

My wes is completed and sent through the standard delivery..please can I track it? Is it going to be dropped at the address or post office closer?

The Post Office you filled in, you can't track it as it's normal postal mail. it will take minimum of 7 working days before it will be delivered.

7 working days to a month, but I will advice you to check your box regularly for update.

The Waec result checker pin is 750 at Waec office yaba. However, after correspondence with WES, I was informed WES does not accept Waec Result checker pin. You have to buy the scratch card at a cost of 1500. Some even sell it as high as 2000.

Please did WES give you a completion date prior to your evaluation being completed or did it go from evaluation in progress to completed?

Please who knows how long it takes on average for WAEC to send transcript to Wes?

Yes but it was completed even before the given date

Hello beautiful people of Nairaland,
I just have a question regarding sending WAEC result to WES. On WES' website is a form that I needed to fill the top part and WAEC would fill out the second part of the form. However, WAEC has refused to fill and sign the 2nd half of the form ( they say it's not their form)
Anybody been through this?
