4m is a lot of money. Also if you do not have loads of travel history and still wantd to spend N4m on just one trip, then it would raise suspicion. I got most of all my visas with just 200k balance in account. I got my U.S renewal in less than 2 weeks.

Sorry. Your visa will be likely if not already cancelled. Likely a new information popped up or they followed up on the information you presented during interview and something does not check.

Did you lie or misrepresent anything during your last interview ?
Did you overstay, work, recieve medical treatment with insurance , commit crime on your last US trip?

Please I desperately need your assistance, I was given appointment for interview today at the abuja embassy but was later posponed. My problem now is that my agent used his email for booking the appointment so the latest date has been sent to him and besides there's no way I.can print the new confirmation of appointment without him. And here he is asking me to pay fresh money for the whole process because of the shift of interview being oblivious of the fact that I have enrolled with nairaland travel school. Please gurus kindly help if there is a way out to bypass him.

My passport was only disvirgened with Ghana Visa on arrival and no other traveling history. I am a Master student here in Nigeria. Please, do I stand a chance of been granted a visiting visa? What are the vital documents do I need to provide for the visa? Please, I need detailed information on how to go about it. Thanks as you offer me the needed help.

This is a really bad time to try to go to the US. My free advise is, if you have not paid for visa fees, then just jettison going to the US for now. It is better not to apply at all than apply and be refused and lose money.
I can say without 100 percent certainty though, that you will be refused. The US are refusing almost everybody now.

But if you choose to go ahead, kindly come back and share your experience here. I hope to be proved wrong.

Do you know the email address he used? If you do, just call the embassy and let them know you are unable to log into the email as you dont remember the password.
You can also call them if you dont know the email and tell them. They can effect a change of email addy on your profile

I believe there's something you're not telling us here because your company should be the one handling your visa and a 43 days event get big k-leg... Who is sponsoring your trip?

You are right , its bad time . You people people should face Christmas for naija, it go sweet for you people side. The ticket to come to Nigeria is almost $4k while the ticket to come to the US is around $1k.
