Mendes, I checked that Morgan display now and saw 109 bids with 615,97M total bids. Pls check too. Seems they made amendment to it already.

Sort by price and check the number of orders by price. Not the total orders for all price range.

Morgan automatically arrange bids in order of prices and number it from 1-100, no sorting needed but I saw 1-109, reason I asked that question.

OBAGADAFFI:

Access shareholders will bear the brunt .

I stated it here in my analysis yesterday that the current shareholders in DIAMOND are far better off in terms of returns than their counterparts in ACCESS as far as this merger deal is concerned.
Those who could read between the lines and understand should've known what they needed to do.
With ACCESS, there are some small concerns.
1st, I believe there'll likely be synergy issues.
...the biggest will likely come from how ACCESS can manage the key stakeholders and possible loopholes in the loan books of DIAMOND. Then another is the issue of legacy.
I would've preferred if ACCESS had opted to grow organically (following in the steps of GTB and ZENITH) rather than play the route of acquisition. Dont forget that the reason ACCESS holds a stake in DIAMOND via loans which hitherto become bad, was because they bought over GTBs stake in DIAMOND. ...after the dozies apparently collected loans from them to offset that collected from GTB. (the dozies had before then, collected a loan from GTB to refinance the then existing debt burden of ACTIS)
...So its more like ACTIS sold to GTB following the resignation of former M.D/CEO, Mr Alex Otti, while GTB later sold to ACCESS.
GTB opted against restructuring the loan and chose to quickly but smartly pass down their stake to ACCESS when Uzoma Dozie stepped in as the new CEO. ...they saw things that ACCESS probably didn't see.
In my view, this merger deal tells of a better story to the current shareholders of DIAMOND than ACCESS.
That said, ACCESS still stand a great chance to reap from what would likely become the biggest retail banking entity post merger if effectively run and efficiently managed.

But in meantime, we have decided to temporarily part ways with ACCESS.
In our undergraduate days in the university, we use to say; No TIME to say no TIME !! ...Meaning that there's no time to waste.
But make no mistake, ACCESS can still be a big hit in future !!
We only had to 'call off our relationship with him for now'. ...we may however decide to continue 'our romance with him' in the near future if and when there are CLEAR signs that the time is RIGHT !!

DISCLOSURE: ONEGENTLEGUY has already sold off his stake in ACCESS bank... including that from the small portfolios he manages.
DISCLAIMER: NOT a recommendation. ...due diligence still applies.

umm

Understanding Candlesticks and patterns i think is just a necessary TA , FA or GUT approach pipu

Recommend:
Steve Nison: (he covered everything)
https://www.scribd.com/doc/122132782/01-Japanese-Candlestick-Charting-Techniques-Second-Edition-Steve-Nison-pdf

Then u can read TA:

It is well Sir !!

The idea was and should be to temporarily part ways with ACCESS, KEY INTO DIAMOND, enjoy some ride with him as ur concubine(given that he was and is still NOT fundamentally healthy), and 'dump him when ur soul deems fit'. ...and then wait on the RIGHT time to accept back ACCESS once the 'divorce litigation with him is settled. smiley wink cheesy

Cheers.
