'Keep your eyes on heavenly things', the pastor reminded them, as he stepped out from his private jet and into his limo.

Hilariously and sadly true. I am beginning to suspect that even Christians are starting to doubt the Jesus is coming soon message, why else would they be building 100k capacity church auditoriums and buying private jets?

They build churches to keep you entertained,
Come, clap, dance and worship a Mighty God
Invisible, no one can see
only feel.

They build churches to keep you coming
New AC, new guitar, pastors lodge and quarters
Jesus is the greatest
The greatest business name

"Shall My Father's house be turned into a den for vipers?"
Christ asked the Christian
This is my Papa's House
My Father.

What if Jesus died in Africa
Born of a carpenter
Welcomed by three dibias
With cowries, yams and talismans

What if Jesus died in Africa
Faraway from Mecca
And closer to Abuja,
Aso Rock, his path on Passover

What if Jesus died in Africa
His cross made of rafia
Stoned with mounds of eba
Alomo passed to him as his soul crossed over

But Jesus didnt die in Africa
No eba was stoned at Golgotha
The son of David had no idea whatsoever
That there was a land called Africa.

Ok. Going through my old posts is giving me wild erections. grin grin grin grin

Didn't know I have sense like this.

Abraham's blessings are ours. We are blessed. We are blessed. No matter what the devil tells us, we are blessed.

Yeah, though African youths scale dark and trembling seas to make a living yonder, Africa is blessed.
Though our hearts bleed as all around us conform us to the lowest standards of living, we are blessed.

God loves us. We are strong though the forces that be against us be vile. We survive. Ooooo Africa, Motherland, the God of Israel loves you. Yes he loves our nappy hair, fat booties and dark skin. He loves how we dance and worship in his presence. Oh African praise is a sweet-smelling savor to his eternal nostrils.

So dance and sing and praise. Claim the blessings of Abraham as you survive in a harsh economy. Plead the blood of Jesus as you travel on cursed roads. Rub the annointing oil that breaks the yoke on your sick child. Donate your widow's mite to the humble servants. Do all this and watch me open the windows of heaven over your land. Amen.

The pastors in their hearts know that religion is rubbish. So they are making the most of their opportunity to fleece their gullible followers.

Embrace Hell Fire. Find freedom.

The heat is just to scare you off. Those bold enough to look behind the curtain will see great things.

Embrace Knowledge. Despise ignorance.

Knowledge is the road to wisdom, adorned with lessons from the past and present. Ignorance is how we begin, a steady companion in our journey. Stay humble.

The mind free from Christ seeks to find another identity. A cover. Some protection. You will only find peace when you find peace with your self.

Friends and family will despise you, hate you, find you disgusting.
I've heard my mum say prayers, asking God to save her prodigal son. It feels blood is all that connects me to them now.

Find peace with your self. That's how I've scaled through. smiley

Its one of the most satisfying things about dropping belief in god, some of those inner conflicts are gone.
