Yes list it in all those marketplace I mentioned, then change your Domain name server to
NS1.undeveloped.com
And
NS2.undeveloped.com

If you're OK with the $200 or $250, next time they ask, tell them that "My asking price is $450" some people like to price especially when you took the goods or product to their doorstep.
