The boy is not yet matured. He is like Buhari, if you go against him, you will be termed a corrupt person.

I will even be the more embarrassed that I'm not making any sense over a heated argument. The guy na child!
Not true... she shouldn't have taken sides in a HEATED argument, no matter what. Its like Ronaldo's wife taking sides with Messi when they are in an argument on who is better. Even if clearly, Messi is better. She must be his number one fan, no matter what and if necessary, correct him in private

Mtchww.....some men do not hv sense sha

faithfull18:
Why is she living in his house without being married to him in the first place?

Nothing wrong with standing on the side of truth.

How'll you feel if you're involved in an argument with your friend, & your bf takes side with your friend in her resence? It'll be both of them against you... You know how you'll look? You'll look like the odd one out.

I'm not saying you should lie or whatever, but just make your point without involving in the argument & then expantiate on your point when just both of you are together

You've deviated. She said her boyfriend was not making sense! She knows. It was even obvious to her. It shows more of the personality of the guy as one who would not admit wrong even though he knows obviously that he is.
Using Ronaldo and Messi is a wrong analogy to use in trying to drive home your point.

To even think that the guy would rather lose his girlfriend than an argument is even the more laughable. Because the guy is obviously displacing anger on the poor girl

First of all, you assume the guy wasn't making sense. Were you in the argument? How can you just believe one side of the story? Do you even know if the argument was on a very subjective topic, so it depended on each one's point of view -That was the reason I used the ronaldo and messi example.
Funny how you are already questioning his personality, based off the point of view of the girl. You were not in the argument, so you can't just assume he was wrong, because she and the friend said so. He maybe displacing anger, but I bet you, she definitely said things to hurt his ego which she ommited from her post. Don't be too quick to conclude

We do not know the details of the argument, so we cannot conclude he was wrong because you and his friend thought so. 2ndly, you do not openly take sides with your boyfriend's opponent in a heated debate. Its okay for a small gist or joke, but not when things are serious. In life, this is where maturity comes to play, knowing when to speak publicly and privately

Why should she do that?
Grown-ups are not parasites.

She should get herself a house. Or rent an Appartment

Funny enough, I have had a similar experience. I was also suprised how my friend was telling me afterwards that I shouldn't have sided his friend over him. We argued about it for a while. I even asked another male friend for his opinion. That one was even scolding me. He says a woman has no right to talk when men are talking. I wasn't suprised this time, I was MORTIFIED! I decided it was a guy thing. I finally decided not to be involved in those kind of discussions. Even if my guy asks me, I will feign ignorance or something.

Not all guys have this mentality though but a whole lot do. So to be on the safe side, I have chosen to sit on the fence for peace sake. cheesy
