I sympathize with you. I have also noticed such phenomenon among Nigerians who are in dire need of help. One would think it is innate but closely looking at it, you will find out that they are just a product of their society.
That must have explained the reason why they are so selfish to their self without recourse to its consequence because one could have gone mad, had it been the drastic step was not taken.
