To my EA fam, please how long does it take my applicationn to be claimed by an assessor, it's been more than a week now and the status is still queued for assessment. I appreciate your response. |

whodeyhere: You can check EA Website, i extracted this from there. Why use Fast Track? Migration Skills Assessment (MSA) applications can take a long time to process. However, you can fast track your application and have it assigned to an assessor for processing within 20 working days. How do I fast track my MSA application? Simply select 'Fast Track' when completing your application online. Already have an existing MSA application that you want to fast track? Use our online form * Check the Assessment fees page for up-to-date pricing information. Current turnaround time for standard MSA applications Non-accredited qualifications: 9 weeks before the application is assigned to a case officer. Accredited Australian and Accord qualifications: 7 weeks before application is assigned to a case officer. Remember, you can reduce this turnaround time and have your application assigned to a case officer in 20 working days with the fast track service. Please be aware of the following: Exact waiting times can vary depending on the number of incoming applications. Waiting times are based on the date of receipt of all required information. Please do not contact Engineers Australia within the time frames listed above, as this will only delay processing times for all applications. Regularly updated advice on the dates of applications currently being processed can be sought by sending us a blank status email request. You will receive an automatic response. |

Hello everyone, help needed here Pls. I have been reading this thread and the one for Canada since December 2018. I found out that most of d success stories come from graduates and professionals. My question: What is the best way out for non-graduates and graduates that are not gainfully employed as professionals? I am a graduate of Mass Communication but work as a Driver. That's what I could settle for since no better employment. I also do graphic designs. Pls I need any advice/counsel that'll be of help. Whatsapp +234-08184723093 |

I hope you are aware that it is illegal to allow someone write your CDR for you, it is specifically stated on EA website. I think you should have handled this issue privately else you complicate issues for yourself. If you got to know him on nairaland, and he decides to defend himself since we all haven't heard his own side of the story and also post your real name, the situation could get ugly as embassies now search the web to check if an applicant has been linked to something illegal. You all need to be careful. luvluvluv: 1 Like |

CDR stands for Competency Demonstration Reports, EA means Engineers Australia( https://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/), MSA for Migration Skills Assessment. Hope this helps. alegekola: 2 Likes |

Good Day House, I've done my evaluation which was positive evaluation with 1yr 3months approved out of 3years. However, PTE had been a stumbling block for me to cross. My last attempt was LSWR 68 44 83 75. Is it advisable to enter the pool while I continue to strive to conquer the exam or wait till I ace it. As it stands, I'm on 45 points. Please advise. 1 Like |

Avangard: Entering the pool with 45 points won't achieve anything, you need a minimum of 65 points to qualify for invitation. Keep trying to achieve 20 points there are PTE tips by someone here which has been helpful to some people. Wish you the best in your quest. 2 Likes |

Pls I need advice. Am a 27 year old graduate of a federal university in Nigeria desiring to travel to Australia, either through securing a work visa or study visa as I have noticed those are the two sure ways to getting my Permanent Residence over there. However from the discussions in this page, It seems the traveling agents have little or no input in the whole process since almost everything is done online, I don't know if am right. And also I have no working experience as I have been into personal business since I left school in 2014. Pls op what is the best way to start the process and stand a better chance. 07065057752 for follow up thanks |
