NSE is so unpredictable. I recently took part of my Oando to invest in diamond with the hope that access/diamond will conclude before oando q4 result, so that I can rejoin oando with my N1 diamond windfall. See the oando doing 10% today.
No stock is batch B in this NSE. Uniondac will soon move. remember that our own Peterichy has 13million units down there.

All these fellows that are playing pranks in the "NSE room" with the equity prices of WEMA, AIICO and CAVERTON, we can only but smile on the side line.
I have since said that folks should immediately "WAC themselves" and take their necessary but required drug of PATIENCE.
Soon they shall meet us at their Fair Values, or at the very least the N1.4, N1.3 and N4.5 boulevard respectively.
Discounting for any and all possible risk, those 3 are way too cheap by all standards !!

We continue to observe.
It is well.

NOTE: NOT to be interpreted as an investment recommendation. ...due diligence still applies.

If only wema pays dividend this year, I believe it might hit N2.

I also believe that uba will fly as soon as this current big seller is through.

Do you know who's that seller

While I agree that everything is possible 'in the NSE room', I also think that assigning a N2 price projection to WEMA(at the moment) would equate to been a bit high in optimism.
A N1.40 to N1.60 price range is a more realistic, financially-backed and achievable price target. ...particularly in the short to mid term.(refer to the post above)
On UBA, I honestly do not know who the purported seller is, but what I do know is that UBA like WEMA, is grossly UNDERVALUED. ...and so I'd prefer to care less about anything else.

For those who are well positioned in FUNDAMENTALLY HEALTHY but well UNDERPRICED coys, I'd say u should remain steadfast, relaxed and 'be sipping from ur cup of sweat tea'. ...and always remember to take 'ur necessary but required drug of PATIENCE !!'. This is vey important... so u won't end up making more money for ur broker than u would for urself !!
For those not yet in, its TIME to tinker up on a strategy to align with sound coys with great MoS discount from their intrinsic/fair values. ...so u won't get left behind !!

It is well.

I believe the Qualification date SHALL BE ON OR BEFORE TUESDAY THE 5TH DAY OF MARCH 2019. ...which doubles as the day of the court ordered meeting of holders of fully paid ordinary shares of both DIAMOND and ACCESS bank.
The interpretation of this is that an investor will need to hold a stake in DIAMOND at least on or before that date to qualify for the 7 for 2 equity conversion in ACCESS and the N1 cash consideration.
On a side note, the time of the meeting(for that of access) has been changed from 10 am to 1 pm. ...however, the date remains the same.
Also note that there shall be seperate meetings at same venue for both coys. I believe the shift in the time of that ACCESS to 1 pm is to enable EQUITY HOLDERS IN BOTH COYS who will attend that of DIAMOND(expected to start off by 10 am same day) to also attend that of ACCESS thereafter.

I have since given guidelines to this and more in my previous post here.
U may wish to read through the link below for further guidance.

That should've been the case but the content of the link seem to suggest otherwise.
Read through the quote as coined from the link below.(see the part in bold)
My thinking is that the shares of DIAMOND could be placed on suspension right after the court ordered meeting... ceteris paribus.

http://www.nse.com.ng/Financial_NewsDocs/24933_ACCESS_BANK_PLC._CORPORATE_ACTIONS_FEBRUARY_2019.pdf

"That as consideration for the transfer of all the assets, liabilities and undertakings including real properties and intellectual property rights of Diamond Bank Plc, the Directors be and are hereby authorised to”

- allot the Scheme Shares to Diamond Bank Shareholders upon the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Scheme Document, without any further act or deed.”

- pay the sum of N1.00 (One Naira) per share for each issued and paid-up Diamond Bank ordinary share held at the date of the Court-Ordered Meeting"

But u could also be right if the content herein isn't followed.

NIGERIA STOCK MARKET GENERAL COMMENT /MSCI POSITION (NSE STOCK MARKET WEATHER REPORT) - FOR 12 FEBRUARY 2019

MSCI Nigeria still no movement in the portfolio as at yesterday.

Monday ended bullish with 41 gainers and 10 losers. I still stand for buying low. Thank God, if the market is still going up, every participant is happy. But, I want to ensure that I will not take a risk that I know is not worth it. Tuesday will be another day for our market hunt to continue.

NSE All Share loss for 2019 now +1.12%.

For Tuesday 12 February 2019, projection for the Nigeria All Share Index, expected High is 31943.59 Low at 31567.80

Looking at the market and our focus on risk avoidance, we have recommended a stock today for our subscribers with recommended entry strategies, (as usual the fundamental side is fully covered) which is expected to do well, even if the market turns bearish. The general public has already got their own version in previous posts. We thank God that in this our constituency of stock signal service/MSCI Nigeria monitoring we have been able to deliver and people can testify to this. This stock is OANDO, plus one other. Buy at today’s available price

See the update on our list of selected stock for Subscribers.

First revelation of our merger candidate is out (information for subscribers only). We should start buying little by little, risk is small (company is still profitable with positive reserve and at good support point).

From an Analyst to give perspective on activities of last few days.

NIGERIA: +30bps on $34m - dominated by GEM-bids on GTB and ZENITH - would be misinterpretation to say 'demand has returned in NG-banks' - as we only see two natural buyers out there (this has been the case for last 3x days) but they have made a lot of noise calling all brokers and as you know in Lagos 'momentum begets momentum' and lcls might decide to join in (8x days from elections)... GTB was limit-up yday as supply was thin but same large seller that has dumped stock in 2018 was back today - hence we saw $7.8m at 38.65. ZENITH traded $10.1m at 25 - but closed offered at 24.40. UNILEVER unch at 37 on $5m (Frontier-b/GEM-s) with cross early in session. UBA +4% and closed at 7.65 after trading mostly between 7.40-.50.

How do you write a report about a positive outlook and turnaround in the market but yet decide to make a sensational headline about last year's losses. I don't get it really.
