1. you can use documents like your old passport, library card, school ID card, Local government certificate, baptismal certificate

2. Guy, did you read the checklist documents at all? where did you get the information that you need to certify your documents for visa application YOU DO NOT NEED ANY CERTIFICATIONS rather just gather your original documents plus 2 copies each and you're good to go

All these while I have been applying for admission directly to schools and all I have been getting is rejection mails. Now, i think is time i apply through uniassist maybe that will broaden my chances.

You always check the specific requirements of the course you are applying to which is not too the same with minimum requirement.
It might also come from your SOP.
