Good day fam.

Please help me with suggestions, I was having stomach discomfort, went for normal check up and I was told I tested positive to hepatitis C. (never heard of it before now) thought it was something I'd just take drugs but doctor said its a viral infection and explained to me after that I was shocked and felt very bad.

I went to 3 different labs again, 2 came out positive, I negative. Then I went back to my doctor, he said I should go for viral load test that it will cost about 30k for the test.

The doctor also said they have treatment but a month will cost me 170k and the treatment will last for 6months (that's over 1 million)

I can't afford that money and he also said that after treatment my test will always be positive but the viral load will be zero (meaning that I will be free of the virus but that the result will always be positive)

I have done some research and I noticed hepatitis c affects the liver, there are some people online that claim they have the drugs and that at the end of using their drug, I will never test positive to the virus again.

I am devastated and confused, depressed is an understatement. Please any experienced doctor or pharmacy or anyone that ever experienced such or know someone.

Please save my life....

Don’t patronize those people try and visit another hospital ..a government owned hospital to be precise ! You would definitely get answers

Two Options I will lay out for you. Any of them will work. Just remain focused and believe.

1. We all can rally around on Nairaland and contribute money for your treatment. We can raise a thread for that while the Mods will actively advertise the thread. The money that will be raised will cover your treatment. However, people like sincerity thus, you must publish your Med records to enhance believe.

2. Prayer of Faith. You will enter into a prayer of faith declaring your healing in the blood of Jesus. Take the communion for 7days and as you eat the bread and drink of the wine, you will release the healing power of Jesus on your Liver. Place your hands on the Liver and declare the promise of the healing power of the Holyspirit on your organ.
A word of prayer for you; dear Lord Jesus, I release your healing power upon his/her Liver right now. Recieve the promise of healing and wholeness. In Jesus name, Amen.

Joanna, I have seen the miraculous and tasted the undiluted power of healing in Christ Jesus. I have also seen men walk to the hospital and recieve treatment. Anyone your heart carries will work for you.

May the Lord strengthen you.

However, you still have to inspire yourself as well. People have shared their experiences on the internet. It will be a source of aid here as well.
Use your time, read far and wide on it. It will serve as a useful guide in your journey.

It is treatable and the chances of getting cured in 3months is high. Clinton Health Access initiative has discounted treatment for Nigerians PM for further details

I just finished struggling with an infection. Spent over 53k buying drugs and injections over 7 months. Herbal root of 1k cured me within 2 weeks.

I don't need a soothsayer these days to trust herbal drugs. You have nothing to lose

Viral load test can't be 30k. It is actually between 5k to 7k in many labs.

Be wary of that doctor.

Hello,
be thankful that hepatitis now has a cure, staying positive does not matter, what matter is the viral load. Staying positive after treatment is just like having a scar after your injury has healed. Lastly, go to a good standard government teaching hospital for a proper cure. This is only one of the advantage of living in a good country abroad. But be happy, it can be treated. Also, you can start a go fund me account here, but give people the alternative to contributing directly to the hospital treating you, like that, they will know you are serious.
Cheer Up Bro. Nothing do you

Calm down and visit a government hospital like Miatama general, it will be cheaper, my colleague in d office had it, he treated it with expensive antibiotics and injection, they advised him to stop taking beer too

OP. I rarely post, only here to read and laugh.
While you go to hospitals, also go to any market in Lag where the old women sell vegetables. Ask for efo Odu. Buy a lot. Wash, squeeze and extract into bottles and keep refrigerated. Just keep drinking this. Don't eat protein and oils...drink glucose D. Do this now before you start feeling weak. As nija hard so, hope say family or reliable friends dey to help before e red for you. All man for himself, God for all of us. I hail.
