I can no longer use USB cord to transfer again anytime am charging the system but it will work perfectly after I remove the charger.
I have tried another charger and new USB cord buh the issue still persist

my systems just of recent acts so slow...i have tried copying files from local :C: to local : but due to they slogishness, i have to delete them instead. But stil very slow and annoying! Help out

A lot of things can make your system to act slow.

1. Virus
2. Bad hdd
3. Low RAM
4. Corrupt bios


First, I'll advise you to do diagnostic test, to test the HDD if it OK, then reinstall the operating system.

If your hdd is bad while reinstall (with boot able windows flash) it will take longer time to load.

Your keyboard is bad bro... You need to change the keyboard, it cost about 4 k to 5k

I'll advise you take it to a laptop technician for diagnosis.

You can transfer files when the laptop is on battery mode but can't transfer when you're using adapter.

It might be a motherboard issue but have you tried updating the USB driver?

Ok, let's get this straight.

If you just got the modem, the first best option is to go back to point of purchase and table your complaints. They will try another MODEM and try one or two things to help with the situation

Now, having said that, from your complaints, it appears your friends laptops connects quite well with the MODEM. Hence I would conclude that the issue is with your OS or the installed program for the MODEM. So,

1. Re-installing the Program software that came with the modem. But first be sure to completely remove the first program.

2. You can disable your Wi-Fi card( or network card). This rules out any conflict issues

3. And if you don't mind loosing some stuff, you may roll back your windows to a point where it worked normally. Usually a roll back solves minor issues like this.

If you're in Lagos, you can easily bring your PC over for a Win 8.1 Installation and installation of every required driver (a bit tricky if youll be doing it on your own)

Plus You're gonna take the CD home
